Flat and low-slope
Flat roof systems we install
Flat roofs demand correct drainage design and precise seam work. Those are the two places cheap flat roofing fails first.
We install TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and other single-ply membrane systems, with products from Mule-Hide, Firestone and Polyglass. We build for water management, not just coverage.
Flat systems also suit rooftop equipment and solar panels, and they are generally easier to maintain and repair over their lifespan.

Replacement and new construction
From a full tear-off on an occupied building to a new roof on a project under construction, we plan the work around the people who use the space.
Commercial replacements are scheduled to minimize downtime, with roofs built to handle heavy use and Maryland weather. We also install metal roofing from Englert and PAC-CLAD where a project calls for it.
On new construction, we work closely with builders and general contractors to keep the roof on schedule and up to code.
